Payments, Shipping & Returns
Payments:
We accept following payments:
- Credit card, debit card and PayPal (via 2Checkout.com, our authorized retailer).
- Bank wire transfer (by arrangement, only for larger amounts).
- Cash (by arrangement, at buyers risk).

Shipping:
We provide cost effective worldwide shipping by Registered Airmail (with tracking number, and signature required upon delivery).
Registered Airmail shipping is usually $8 per package (no extra charge for additional items).
The shipping charge will be shown before you make your payment.
Registered Airmail delivery time is usually about 2 weeks, but please allow up to 6 weeks for international delivery.
Certain countries (eg. Italy, France, and others) are well known for postal delays. When there are delays, they are often at your local customs department, before the package enters the local postal system.
In these rare instances, we ask for your patience, and that you to communicate with us.
We can resolve most problems, but only if we are aware of them.
Registered Airmail packages are usually shipped in a plain white bubble mailer. No value declaration is required.
However, should any taxes or customs fees be charged by the receiving country, it is the buyer's responsibility.
Courier delivery by Fedex, DHL, EMS, etc., and Insured Parcel Mail is avaiable on request (please ask for quote).
Value declaration is required for insured and couriered packages.
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment.

Return & Refund policy:
We offer a full refund (including all shipping costs) for items that do not conform with our item description.
We offer a full refund (including all shipping costs) on packages that the post office deems (by their regulations) to be lost, or not to have been delivered. This assumes that the buyer has provided a complete and correct shipping address.
We provide a full refund or exchange (excluding all shipping costs), at our discretion, for items returned for any other reason.
Return authorization number must be requested within 3 days of receipt.
We recommend that you retain return tracking information provided by the shipping company until the refund has been credited to your account.
